WoCo
The Cooperation Workshop (WoCo) aims to develop and construct architectural structures using the resources and materials available in a specific area. The workshop takes place in Hawassa, Ethiopia, and is the result of a collaboration between SUPSI and the University of Hawassa. As part of this project, we took part in the construction of a Nubian vault, a traditional architectural technique that enables the creation of brick roofs without the use of permanent supporting structures. At the same time, as a group, we worked on developing the project’s brand identity and documenting the entire construction process through photographs and video footage.
